The Zealous Advocate is our own Eastern District newsletter aimed primarily at our panel attorneys. Our goals are to educate on new laws and cases, give updates on local news, offer helpful practice tips, and provide important notices from the Federal Defender. The Zealous Advocate is typically published twice a year, in the summer and winter.
