Our office holds two general practice seminars each year, one in the spring and one in the fall. The spring seminar is a one-day seminar, typically held in the Raleigh area. The fall seminar is a two-day seminar, typically held in the Wrightsville Beach or Wilmington area. In the past, we have offered an appellate practice seminar during the summer.
Our seminars include guest speakers such as federal judges, attorneys, and former clients. The goals of our seminars are to give our attorneys and panel attorneys an update on the current law, to give practical tips on the current practice in the district, to provide a forum where panel attorneys can network, and to answer questions from attorneys.
Seating at our seminars is limited, therefore those who would like to attend must inform Donna Stiles promptly after receiving information on the seminar. Once our seating capacity is reached, individuals will be placed on the wait list and will be notified once seats become available.
For more information, please email Donna Stiles.
